1. Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, with tags attached.
  • The product should not be damaged, worn, or altered.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation).

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at profeitt@styleloft.site or call us at +1 970-370-6898. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number and provide instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Ship the Item: Once you receive the Return Authorization Number, send the item back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you do not use a trackable service.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and items that have been worn, used, or damaged beyond their original condition are not eligible for a refund.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the exchange item costs more, you may be required to pay the difference. The return process for exchanges is the same as for refunds.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement, at no extra cost. Please include photos of the damaged or incorrect item to help expedite the process.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
